Text Message Program

ASSG Inc operates the text message programs of the consumer businesses we run. Customers opt in on the business order form by entering their mobile number and actively checking a separate, unchecked-by-default box that reads:

"Yes, send me text messages about my order. By checking this box I agree to receive SMS text messages from the business at the mobile number above."

• Messages you will get: order confirmations, status and delivery updates, payment receipts, and replies to your questions.
• Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per order.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time, HELP for help.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. Orders can be completed without ticking the box.
• Mobile numbers and consent are never shared or sold for third-party marketing.
